4 DAYS 3 NIGHTS UGANDA GORILLA TREKKING

Day 1:

Day 1:                 Arrival in Uganda

Today you will arrive at Entebbe airport. After clearing with emigration formalities, you shall exit the airport to be received by your guide. You shall be transported to your hotel which is only 10 minutes from the airport. Your guide will help you with any shopping or to exchange money.

Day 2:                 FLY TO KISORO, DRIVE TO BWINDI IMPENETRABLE FOREST

Early in the morning you will be transferred to Entebbe airport where you will take a flight to Kisoro airstrip where you shall be received by your safari guide.  The flight departs from Entebbe at 07:00hr and arrives in Kisoro at 08:15hr. You will drive through the beautiful Ugandan countryside to the ancient rainforests of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. On the way to the mountainous south-western region of Uganda, you will drive through terraced hillsides dotted with traditional settlements. Expect to arrive at our picturesque accommodation on the edge of the forest before lunch. The park is home to the endangered mountain Gorillas. You may take an optional community tour in the evening.

Day 3:                 GORILLA TREKKING IN BWINDI

Begin your gorilla trek in the early morning, and set off into the forests with guides and trackers who are very experienced at locating the gorillas. The search for these majestic animals goes through thick untamed rainforest. Watching gorillas in their natural habitat is a memory that will last a lifetime. The experienced ranger guides will willingly share with you a lot of information about history and lifestyle of the Gorillas. After spending an hour with the gorillas we head back to the lodge and relax.

Day 4:                 FLIGHT TO ENTEBBE AND DEPARTURE

After breakfast you will be transferred to Kisoro airstrip to catch your flight back to Entebbe airport. The flight departs from Kisoro at 08:30hr and arrives in Entebbe at 11:25hr. In Entebbe you check in for your departure flight to your next destination.
