In Kenya,you sleep in budget tentent permanent camps but in Tanzania you sleep in campsites.We provide temporary pitched tents for sleeping as per the image. bathrooms are shared but we also provide a chef to prepare your meals.

Day 1: Nairobi to Maasai Mara National Reserve 

Pick up in Nairobi at your accommodation of choice or the Nairobi airport. Start your safari to Maasai Mara at 8:30 a.m. Stop over at the Rift Valley viewpoint at 10 a.m. to see the escarpments and the flat lands below. The Rift Valley is a geographical formation that formed millions of years ago and runs from the top to bottom of Africa.

Arrive at the camp in time for lunch after you check in . Later at 4:00pm depart for a game viewing drive in the Mara Reserve which lasts till 6:00pm. Return back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Masai Mara Reserve is the most popular tourism destination in Kenya. Located in the Great Rift Valley in primarily open grassland. Wildlife is most concentrated on the reserve’s western escarpment. Its regarded as the jewel of Kenya’s wildlife Viewing areas. The annual wildebeest’s migration alone involves over 1.5 million animals arriving in July and departing in November. Hardly can a visitor miss to spot the big five. The phenomenal wildebeest migration which is a spectacular event only seen in Maasai mara is the wonder of the world.

Day 2 : Full day Maasai Mara 

Have breakfast at 6:30 am and at 7 am, leave for a full day game viewing in the park. On this day, spend the full day exploring Maasai Mara in search of the big five, hippos and Nile crocodile. Thereafter, go for picnic lunch in park under a croton tree shade overlooking the vast landscape of the park.

It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place: the great migration. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (in Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savanna – lions, cheetahs, jackals, hyenas and vultures. Migration happens between July to August if you are lucky.

Day 3: Maasai Mara to Serengeti Via Isebania Border 

Have breakfast at 6:00 am, followed by checkout with packed lunch and drive to the Isebania border which is around 4 hours and depart for Serengeti Through the Isebania border In Tanzania we use 4 wheel drive land cruiser. Game drive en route to the camp. Drive to the Isebania border of Tanzania to arrive around midday. Complete the hour-long process to cross the Tanzania border. Meet your Tanzanian driver/guide and chef. Start the game drive in Serengeti en route to the accommodation. Eat dinner and relax. Here you sleep in tents that you will be provided with. You will also be offered a sleeping bag. The camp area is very safe and protected by armed guards and other tourists from other companies will be joining us. All meals are included in the Tanzania safari and will be made by the private chef traveling with you.

Day 4: Full day Serengeti National Reserve 

At 7:00AM Set out for the endless open plains and stunning skies of the Serengeti. A scenic four hour drive, full day game drive together with late evening game drive.

Serengeti National Park (Serengeti) is located in Tanzania, best known for its abundance of animals and the great wildebeest migration The Serengeti stretches 14,763 (5,700 sq miles) stretching North to Kenya and bordering Lake Victoria to the West. Serengeti has the highest concentration of large mammals on this planet and its famous known for its 2,500 Lions the largest concentration found anywhere. The park also has over 518 identified bird species where some of them are Eurasian migrants who are present in the European winter months from October to April.

Then back to the base camp at 4 p.m. for dinner by our chef.

Day 5: Serengeti to Ngorongoro

Depart Serengeti at 7 a.m. Game drive en route to Ngorongoro Park. Evening camping at Ngorongoro Crater at the Simba campsite.

Day 6: Ngorongoro to Lake Manyara

Full-day tour of Ngorongoro that begins at 7 a.m. and ends at 3 p.m.

Depart to drive and spend the night at Lake Manyara National Park’s Jambo campsite.

Day 7: Lake Manyara to Arusha

Early morning half-day game drive in Lake Manyara National Park that begins at 7 a.m. Depart for Arusha and arrive around 4 p.m. Check-in at Venus Premier Hotel http://venushotels.co.tz/  for a relaxing dinner. Bed and breakfast are all included.

Day 8: Arusha to Nairobi

Breakfast, then Board a shuttle to arrive in Nairobi at around 3 pm. Drop off at your hotel within Nairobi center/airport.
